This listing is for one of the exact pieces shown in the picture. I was a piercer for more than a decade and a half and have about 1800 pieces of brand new jewelry left. I have a wide variety, so if you are looking for something specific let me know. If you don't see it in my listings, I can create another listing just for you. lower lip...it goes through the labret and curves up and around the bottom lip
