I don't like being one of those people with a bunch of rules laid out in my auctions, but because I want to be as clear as possible I am now adding the following:

No GIN available for this offering, please don't ask. I like running my auctions to their full time, and I also like not having to pay 10% of the credits (get it now carries a fee that normal auctions don't).

Also, I will not shorten the days on the auction.

And whether you read any of this or not, bidding IS a contract. Nobody ever bids "by accident". Buyer's remorse is an excuse I do not believe in either, so please read everything and look and the photos and be sure you WANT THIS ITEM.

I'm sorry to sound silly but how do you get a Listia verified address? I've done every verification available to me ( although my fb one won't show after multiple attempts) but I read you can't specifically be 'Listia verified' until After a certain time and amount of activity. If that's so, i feel a little put out by the idea of not being allowed to bid.
