yes, it does require a board and I will be listing one, but I have to get the time to do it. I am working so much its hard to make time. The game has different games on it to play that keep you motivated and help with excersize and weight loss. it has bike riding, balancing, soccer, skiing. Theres yoga and stretching Lots.... its a fun game and a workout at the same time... :o)
