Yes. The cord was never included and a preamp is need to operate it.

ok happy face. what do i have to have to get my big giant luschious voice trilling into this thang? i have various computers. i got no amp. i got a magnavox AZ955 that makes lovely cd's somehow. i got some kinda wally world memorex karoke machine MKS2420NBL.i got a few imacs. old school ibook. compaq presario laptop. a few burning devices, boom box, a couple places i sing for free, the sidewalk in town, a dj mixer/burner machine, b###loads of dues paid and then some, flutes, drums, etc etc, JUST WHAT DOES THISHOOK UP TO? and why you look like seattle and yer in wv? poor guy. I'm to the point of bluntness folks. oh and a ibanez roadstar electric. what do i need now, dear one from the east? (20 yr nashville veteran, iyam)
