Has 3-main Gemstones Ruby with White Topaz in between and the 2.-one is a White Sapphire(simulated) Ring, 10KT White Gold Filled, size 8, has no markings inside but confirmed as Gold Filled! Has a nice Center Gemstone with smaller once on each shoulder and half way down the row, fit's very comfortable and looks great!
