Description

The listing, Signed Jordan and Kobe Paper with Kobe Rookie has ended.

Just like my other Jordan and Kareem signed Paper Towels. During two different occasions I was prepared for a signature with Kobe or Jordan, these were taken at two different times. Always kept my work labeling sharpie with me and a folded pack of paper towels in my pocket so I would ask guys to sign a paper towel to add to something later. Hated to pass up on a chance for autographs. So here are Jordan and Kobe signatures placed in a plaque with Kobe's real legitimate rookie card by Topps 1996 R12 Stadium Club Rookie. Auction is for the whole thing. Makes a beautiful piece for the wall.
For those who haven't purchased from and not know how I obtain autographs, I was able to get Items signed while working for the Jazz for the locker room staff for a few years until I left in 2002. With the amount of pre-autographed cards and material inserts these autographs I decided not to spend the money on the COA, decided to COA my magazine collection instead due to the rarity of those items and I do list those on here, check my past sales for info. Thanks

no offense but the kobe appears fake. i have been in sports cards an memorabilia for 20 years. when kobe changed from jersey #8 to #24 he changed his signature. that signature resembles his auto from his #8 days not his 24 days. and kobe did not start wearing #24 until 2006 which is long after you quit in 2002

I understand that, I was still able to go downstairs during the games here. I left that job on really good terms and always had tickets to the Lakers games (favorite team) and would try to sneak to the locker room with old co-workers. If you research the history of Kobe's signature with PSA, you will see he has one of the most inconsistent signatures out there and has morphed from year to year. Glad you know your history on Kobe, most people don't and I welcome people challenging the signatures and as I have stated to previous buyers, if you go third party and prove it not to be real I have no problem buying it back from you at 2x the the real money value of the points you spend. I've had many people get them checked and not a single fail. I stand behind it, it's your choice to buy or not. Thank you.

The thing is most people buy without questioning, and that's how the fake items thrive in this hobby, if your not questioning or doing the research the your not doing your job as a buyer and collector. If there is ever any doubt from me on any of my items I will state it, I have in the past and one of my auctions up now I'm not sure on. I'm sure it is, but not being 100% confident puts me as far as credibility goes, in a bad spot, so I feel obligated to say that.

Good luck, I have another card on that is the same way but it's just Jordan no Kobe and it's in a hard cover, not a plaque like this one.
