Okay as some who has now lost all her inside lady parts due to issues with ovaries and uterus and finally cancer let me say first. Don't ignore it. Go to the Doctor and if that Doc doesn't listen find another until one does. Don't let them write you off because you are a "hysterical woman or have a significant mental health history" I know woman and have lost woman and was almost lost myself because Docs wouldn't listen until the Bastketball Size Tumor that was attatched to the the ovary pushed into my spine and moved my heart and lungs a couple of inches. Sorry I will get off my soap box but please don't let them drop the ball on anything to do with the lady parts. I was only 33 when they found the the tumor so don't let them write you off because of your age either. When 2 years later I was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer (Some call it Endometrial Cancer both are the same Cancer) I found out that it was only suppose to happen in post menopausal woman in their 60's and here I was 35 and still planning more children. So keep at 'em. Stones that are good for bi-polar are in my opinion Smokey Quartz, Sodalite, Snowflake Obsidian and the last one is my personal opinion and that is Fluorite Rainbow preferably and pair it with one of the Obsidians. Thank you wonderful Lady! You are so Sweet. I am glad to hear that you wont let them sweep you under the rug. In general even though I don't believe there is anything a woman can't do that a man can anymore. I think we are raised to not complain and also something that both men and Woman docs forget is that our bodies were designed to have babies and so we also are made to with stand more pain. Yet when a man goes to the Doc and says something hurts they take him more seriously than a Woman with the same complaints. That is one of the reason's woman die of heart attacks more than men when they present to ER's. Women are treated for anxiety while men are immediately put and EKG and they start to test them for heart episodes. It is so crazy how upside down our medical practice is and sadly the VA hospitals with all their issues is how our whole medical system will be run in the future and the future doesn't look so bright. Anyway I am off on a tangent. I do feel better knowing you will fight for yourself. ~Namaste

Tea is so good for the body, mind, and soul. You know if we all just knew the 5 or so best herbs to grow in our kitchen windows to make tea from we might all be ALOT healthier. =) It is so nice to see and hear from you again. I am so glad to "see" you again. =) I am sorry that there has been more drama in your life. Hopefully it is not you drama but that of those around you I know that means it is happening to you as well. If I can do anything to help just let me know Even if it is just to light a candle and send positive energy your direction. Thank you so much for your kind words. I realize I am probably giving more and more information about my whole story but I think when I was really sick I thought it must have just been me. But now that I am starting to get better and able to pay more attention to those around me I realize it so many people. I first want to hug them all and then I want to fight all their battles for them Joan of Arc style . However I might be better but not that much better. I still am too weak to pick up my sword. (Quite literally lol I own a beautiful broadswoard replica and I still can't pick it up because of all the surgeries-) So the best I can do right now is try to empower each woman even if only one by one to fight for their care and that when they know something is wrong to feel empowered to say I want to see another Doc to fight with the Doc they have. We all tend to forget that the Dr. is a human who "practices" medicine and puts his pants on one leg at a time. I wish there were labels that showed the differences between a Doctor and a HEALER. I have med many healers with no MD behind their names and lots of MD's who can't heal an ear infection. lol I know you know what I mean. You know what and how to gather the herbs that are indigenous to your area. You are a Healer. Probably better than most Doctors. I should have just said thank you but I find my fingers have become very wordy as of late. tee hee. Namaste my friend, and may the drama and the trauma created by it be quelled soon.

You know some of us are just born with bigger mouths/personalities than others. I went to college at a small Luthern school in the middle of Kansas and one day my choir section leader turned to me and said where are you from. I said well originally from Texas and her reply was well you had to be from somewhere other than here cause we don't make people like you here. LOL I have always found when fighting for others I am much better at fighting. But after they found the 22lb and the size of a basket ball tumor after telling me for four year that there was nothing wrong it was all in my head well after that I learned to fight but for a long time while that was growing and they kept telling me nothing was wrong I just kept feeling crazier and crazier and pulling more and more into myself The minute they told me what they found it was like a a dam burst in me and I have not stopped telling them about it since. lol

You Go Girl! Green tea is high in anti-oxidents as well which while I can't spell it is good at helping keep Cancer in check.
