I don't wont to sound dumb but what are these bags for I know that you can mail things in them but do they act as envelopes? And how does the postage work with them? Thanks

It's ok :-) Poly mailers are lightweight mailing bags not bubble lined used as packaging envelope and postage depends on weigh....example a card or stickers maybe be one stamp but another package like a shirt my cost $2.32....which also explains my 1,2,3,4,5 stamp package.
