How did you get scammed, the credits are awarded only after the product arrives and you say it's o.k., haven't you ever read that little sigh near the auction that says something like not pleased with this, only Listia can make that decision so i don't know how you got scammed something doesn't sound right i have been on here almost 3 years and have never been scammed thats whats so great about Listia so stop giving this person such a hard time did she not say she would send it i think you just changed your mind she was very clear about the phone..

Thd phone that is turned on is nog the same phone as the fist phone shown with the cracks there is no cracks in the phone that is on

Prob IOS 6.0.1 that's the most it will upgrade to I'm pretty sure cause iPods 4th gen want go any higher hope I helped

Always video opening a package from a Listian :) tracking means nothing if the item isn't as described or even in it.

Thanks for the information n she looks to young anyway n with her feedbacks not that good..shame people like this has to scam us trusted seller..n any person that wins this phone isnt gonna give her the credits first..if they do they either new n don't know or just plain stupid..cuz they be getting screwed out of both there credits n item..

I am not trying to scam anyone and my profile picture is of my daughter, Sadie.

Ok the only reason I have a bad review is because of her. And I wanted the review evasive last time I got scammed. After she told me that she wouldn't get me the review I told her I would still send it. But she wanted a refund. I wasn't on listia for a week I was busy. So I couldn't refund it. She's the one who gave me a bad review, even though I told I could still send it to her.
