they are abo9ut 46 around but there are two stretchy parts one on each side so maybe a bit more if needed

I wear a xxl but I've noticed I can fit xxxl too, I bought size 24 shorts and they fit perfect. I have an odd shape, thin legs but big butt and hips so this size should be great. Would you say there on the bigger side of that size or the smaller side?
