The frames are made out of a metal. They are not made out of plastic.

thank you it was hard to tell from the pictures! and in the frames is it glass or that plexiglass stuff?

I had to open one, to answer all these questions. It is in fact made of glass.
So, there are 3 picture frames. 1 of which is no longer wrapped in plastic. The other 2 are still wrapped in plastic. If that makes any difference to the bidders now.
