no the pk has 6 stampages for writing and 6 envelopes also stamped for you to mail out, free shipping means I ship free to winner of auction, I do not use one of the stamped envelopes , they are character stamps not postage stamps, sorry for the confusion that was very unclear, if no one has bid on it I will clarify.
