This is new only tried to put it on, but these types of harnesses drive me nuts i can never figure them out correctly. Red and white with bone and paws pattern. Guessing this would fit between a small-medium size dog. Free shipping usa. I ship once a week which is usually on saturdays. thank you

too small for my dog, but great auction! with these, you put the legs through, a strap will go under and the clips will meet at the top and the two loops will meet above it. i use these all the time!
