I will not give you a refund if you don't know how to download/open your PDF. I will not give you a refund if it's too hard. Unless there is something actually wrong with the pattern, I've checked every single one and they work perfectly fine, you will not get a refund. Also, if there is something wrong with it let me know and I will type out the whole pattern myself and send it to you in .docx format.
