i get a PID #.which is delivery confirmation and is free.Tracking is a post office scam for the most part.between my daughter and I we have had five horrific problems with this so called system,and each time we've had to return credits because the post office cannot FIND the package.on this last one,a package to Texas,she has gone to the post office 3 times and talked to 7 different people,including a postal inspector.they still can't tell her where the thing is.so please don't put your faith or money into this tracking thing.it's NO GUARANTEE at all.PLEASE EVERY BODY-READ THIS-AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME AGGRAVATION.thanks for watching and asking.sheila
