What you are bidding on are 4 seed.
This is a Dwarf plant it only grows 3 to 6 feet tall. You will want to plant this in a pot. This plant needs full sun except during seeding period which then it needs half sun and part shade. Plant the seed in a horizontal position. Water daily but not to much loves dry.
Annual: Easy to Grow
Sun: Full except seedling period which need half part shade
Soil: Well drained
Sow: Plant 1/4" deep in horizontal line ( lie down position).
Germinates: 5-30 days
Blooms: Regularly depended on weather
Height: 3-6 feet
Garden Hint: Loves Dry, Water Daily but not too wet.

do you plant all 4 seed in one pot so they grow together and make a thicker stalk or one seed in each pot?

You plant all seeds in the same pot for better germination after they come up and have several leaves on them you move them to different pots. I send about six seeds or so
