Can these be worn with sandle heels? Would the slip and slide in the shoe or stay put? I have some type of gell pads for the toe area they dont really stay in place

So glad this was a long auction. Some one used GIN on my digital delivery auction, redeemed the code, then waited 16 days and disputes the transaction. Listia found me in favor and released my credits 21 days later. LOL. So lame I had to miss out on so many auctions. But I'm going to win this one!
