here is a 1856, 1 cent cornwell's madison square post office local stamp. i picked up a bunch of these local stamps and don't know much about them. don't know if it is a re-production or not. it is in excellent condition.
from what i can find about it, is that it is from 1856 and it is scotts #52l2
