This meat loaf is the best, with one special ingredient that most people wouldn't consider! You could try to figure out what to do with all of these ingredients, but I guarantee you, it wont be quite right! I mostly added the pictures to make your mouth water!

Best ever meat loaf

2 pounds of your favorite ground beef
salt , pepper, garlic etc to taste.
1 egg
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups flavored croutons
1 8-10 oz can or jar of beef or mushroom gravy

Gently break up the ground beef in a large bowl

Add the onions, bell pepper and onions.

Separate about 1/4 of the gravy to the side.

Mix the egg with the remaining gravy, well blended.

Gently incorporate the gravy & egg to the meat loaf until well blended,

Pack and press the meat mixture into a wax paper or foil lined loaf pan. Spread remaining gravy over top of the loaf. Cook at 350 about 1 1/4 hours, Times may vary!

When finished baking, let stand about 15 minutes.

Gently lift the loaf from the pan, slice as desired!
UMM UMM GOOD!

Dont forget to use a drip pan!
