This is a vintage dress, its probably at least 40 years old but is in amazing shape! Its made by Kashions & is a Beautiful Dress for Women. This is Size 10 but fits like an 8. This is used but is in Awesome condition! No rips, tears, or imperfections!

100% Polyester

14 inches, and yes 5' 11 is tall. I'm 5 9 and have a REALLY HARD time finding jeans!! But this fit fine length wise, was just too tight around my bust. Not because I'm busty, I was blessed with a large rib cage.....ughhhhh :(

So the belt is above the waist line, right under the bust? Jeans and basically all pants are always short, have to open up bottom seams all the time. And sleeves are short;( I want this dress!

Yes your exactly right! The belt is maybe an inch or two at most under the bust. And I believe you about the pants, I have to do the same and im not quite that tall..lol
