The listing, Lot 1045 for 10 BEADS, but I have no idea... has ended.

This is a lot of 10 beads, but I have no idea what kind they are. I am not a jewelry maker and am not at all familiar with the names of different types of beads. I only know they are fancy looking and shiny bright. Very pretty if you know how to put them together and they are very light weight for their size so would make a comfortable to wear necklace when in the right hands. I received these along with a lot I won here on Listia under the heading of Crafts....scrapbooking and Paper Crafts, but obviously I am not going to use these on a card nor in a scrapbook so maybe someone can use them.

I am starting this 499 in the hopes they are worth that much to someone so I can re-coop my postage. . . maybe.

Questions & Comments

To me they look a bit like the Steampunk beads that are so popular now. Not sure if that's a brand name or what tho, I am not into that style, but have seen them. I am sure there are lots of people who will be interested in these :)

yeah they do....but I just dont bead. Steampunk is a kind of alternate universe in SF where technology is all steam run no gas and oil kind of energy to deplete the world's resources. They use gears a lot in their illustrations. I read a couple of steampunk books because Glenn likes SF and said he tthought i might like them but I didn;t care for sf so much ...although the idea of an alternate world who recycles everything greatly appeals to me.
