This limited edition car is a replica of the #21 car that Elliot Sadler drove in the Pepsi Southern 500 on Labor Day Weekend at Darlington Raceway on September 3, 2000. Citgo and Wood Brothers Racing Team and Jerry Lewis, then spokesperson for MDA, teamed up for fund-raising for this race dubbed "Race For a Cure" for muscular dystrophy. Part of the proceeds from the sale of every one of these die-cast replicas of the #21 Ford Taurus driven by Sadler went to muscular dystrophy.

A Jerry Lewis caricature drawing and signature copy is on the card in the left upper corner and also on the back of the car, as well as the side. I don't know if its on the other door or not because I don't want to risk damaging the package more than it already is by trying to see the other door. The packaging on this car is not in good shape, many creases and the bottom corners really bent but the car is still in the sealed package. I have tried to show the packaging condition in the pics.
