I have found these over the years. There are 3 half dollar bills. They all have different serial numbers. I was going to do some pranks with them but never got around. The pictures are of the bills that I will be mailing. FREE SHIPPING!

thats not a bad idea . . . i know some banks around sc would take half bills or something like that. I'm sure if you cut off a 1/4 of another 10$ bill you would have enough to make 2 10$ bills that have atleast 75% . . . I think they ask for like 55% or something. either way neat item it would be interesting to hear a follow up story.

For the most part, a bank will only replace a bill if it's "clearly" over 50% of the bill, or if both serial numbers are intact. Since it looks like all three bills are exactly, or nearly 50%, with no second serial number in sight, a bank should reject replacing these bills.
