This is a 2007 Topps moments & Milestones card for St. Louic cardinals slugger ALBERT PUJOLS.
There were only 150 of this card made.
This one is serial numbered #056/150.

THE PLAYER:
Currently with the Angels on one of the biggest contracts in MLB history, Pujols was a 3-time NL MVP winner and 2 time World Series Champion with the St. Louis Cardinals. He was NL Rookie of the Year in 2001 and has played on 9 All Star teams, won a batting title, won 2 Gold Glove Awards, won 6 Silver Sluggers, and led the league in home runs twice and runs scored 5 times. Pujols is in the conversation with Miguel Cabrera as the best hitter of this generation, and as of the time of this posting, Pujols is near the 500 home run plateau; he would become only the 26th man in MLB history to achieve the feat, and he still has 8 years left on his contract. Pujols may well be gunning for Hank Aaron and Barry Bonds by the time he is done.

I had an email asking for a GIN on this one as well; while I'd probably do better by putting the GIN on it, I'm going to let this one ride and make it fair to both of you as opposed to just seeing which of you races back to the page first once the GIN is added.

Thanks! If he wasn't in a Cardinals uniform, I wouldn't even be looking at it, huh. I think he was a traitor and I also think we are better off without him. I just like to get all of the Cardinals cards that I like for my collection.

I would have liked to see him stay. I miss guys staying with one team for their career; there aren't many that do it anymore.
Pujols failed to realize that if his numbers dropped, which they inevitably will with age, he'll be hated in LA; The Cardinals fans would have loved him forever and accepted the decline that comes with age because of all the great numbers and heroics he'd had earlier in his career. I still think he'll challenge the home run record.
