Hi, I have not had too much bad luck with people not giving feedback but I have had some. I agree that it is disheartening because I also keep in contact and offer free shipping on all of my auction I have had. I also pay extra for tracking on every item. Yes, it is just somehow unfathomable to me why some people don't or won't leave it. I've actually got an item shipped with tracking, delivered to the recipient and they are telling me they "haven't got it yet." I think it has a lot to do with the ethics of some folks and their level of dignity and honor. Some just don't have any.
