no stains, but i just noticed a tiny little hole near the waist band...really no biggy..but it's there boooo ;( i didn't see it til i fine combed it for stains...sorry..

actually I am almost 5'6" & they are at the top of my ankle, so unless you don't like your pants past your ankle I think theu would be the perfect length. Plus you can always roll the top, which I do to show off the cute pink around the waist band!
