In honor of National Stress Awareness, and to enhance your emotional health, I offer you this calming, relaxing DVD called “Summer”, a Soundscapes movie w/4 chapters (Open Field, Summer Blooms, The Beauty of Roses, Fields of Gold) and choice of Nature Sounds or Soothing Music. You can listen all night or play during meditation, or just as background as you read or study as it can loop into continuous play. I’m a little hesitant to part with this as it is very cool but I live in a forest and can just open the window or go outside. But PERFECT for those of you staying alive in the concrete jungle… or just for anyone who needs a pleasant sounds and images to calm and relax with or fall asleep to.
