I was wondering the same exact thing! If they are a little big in you, meaning toe room in the front, than they wouold fit a 9..Id love to know. Very versatile! F&W

They are a bit big on me, my problem is I have wide feet. My toes come about to the top strap.

No sorry. They are way to long for me. They have elastic parts on the side to fit pretty much any width.
