Most people use these to make earrings or necklace pendants ... you stack your beads and then use a loop pliers to make a loop at the end. The little balls on the ends mean you don't have to add an end bead, and they look GREAT!

Headpins with balls are great for making earrings and pendants, see my photos for many examples of how to use them. With the little ball on the end, you don't need to add your own "end bead" to prevent the larger beads from falling off.
