I have never seen one of these before, do they cut several layers of fabric at one time, i would not be cutting paper, i make doll clothes, would not be cutting chenille either. would it be better than a rotary cutter. have you ever used one.? thanks carolyn

yes cuts multiple layers of fabric but also depends on the thickness of the fabric too! This one is excess and I love mine!
