This is a genuine Harley-Davidson Collector's Edition lamp that was purchased for a friend who was a great lover of their bikes and rode their entire life. Before the time came to give my friend this gift, my friend passed. I can't bear to look at it and neither can my husband. I want to see it go to someone who loves HDs, rides, collects and will appreciate that it is more than about owning and riding, it is about the freedom and life. This was an expensive lamp. I am listing it here rather than selling it somewhere else because it seems right that I will use the points to get things for my garden to grow and remember my friend by, instead of seeing this and feeling the heartache. The lamp is perfect, we put a bulb in it this morning and it turned on, so there isn't a thing wrong with it. Not a scratch, and I think we have the original box as well. I hope whoever wins it appreciates it as my friend would have.
