My daughter purchased and never used them but package has been opened. The last 2 pictures are stock (pink curlers and hair that has been curled with the rollers).

Curling hair with heat may be a quicker solution, but curling with no heat is healthier. It's quite simple really. There are plenty of curling tools such as Conair Spiral Curlers.
There are many different types of inexpensive curlers like this, but you may also use cloth to create curls as well. To use curlers like the Conair, all you need to do is to apply a leave in moisturizer to your hair when it is damp from the shower. Then begin sectioning your hair, then wrap each section around a rod. Afterwards secure the section by twisting the ends of the rod together. Do the same exact thing if you are using cloth. So after you sleep with the curlers in and take them out in the morning, voila! You have nice spiral curls!

This is great for everyday because it still leaves you with perfectly healthy hair!
