The listing, Collectible possible smoking device? has ended.

This is an extremely unusual item that I can only describe and leave to your imagination. I list it as a possible smoking device because it is hollow like a pipe stem though it is reasonably heavy. The tiny holes in the flat part do penetrate the metal from the front and back but it doesn't come apart that I can tell. It is silver and brass colored and about 6-8 inches long. It appears the tiny red stone may be missing from the back side. It has been thoroughly cleaned out with alcohol just in case it was a smoking device.

Maybe its a straw type deal to strain unwanted particles from the drink lol but it is weird f&w

Exactly as the person. Above said, it's used in the middle east for tea . U fill the glass with loose tea, then poor hot water in it and drink through the 'spoon straw'

An interesting piece; But I wouldn't recommend drinking through it. A lot of the metals people used to use for dishes they found out later were toxic. This is probably one of those pieces. But it'd still look great resting above the hearth, or hanging in your kitchen. Thanks for sharing it.
