The listing, iPod Touch 3rd Gen.(WORKS PERFECTLY!) has ended.

I am giving away an iPod Touch 3rd Generation 32GB. The touch screen was recently replaced and is in excellent condition. The iPod is fully functional, there is nothing wrong with it. I will include the charge cable along with the iPod. The iPod is jailbreaked, but if you want, I can reset it to factory settings for you.

No, it doesn't have dents, just some usual scuff marks. I can't do a GIN yet sorry.

Sure, Jailbreaking allows you to remove some limitations set by Apple. You could also download themes and apps that you can't do without the Jailbreak
