I don't think you can really make a demand like is in your update. It's not like you can take the item back or anything if they don't send within the hour timeframe and it's not Listia's requirements.

sorry lately people have not been confirming that they've received their item from me so I have not been receiving my credits on time. I will give until Monday afternoon for the credits to be sent if needed :)

That doesn't even make sense. you do not "send" credits. It's an automatic system. Happens eithet automatically at close of auction or when an item is marked received if the seller is new. If not marked received, it will still happen automatically within a certain time frame unless a dispute is filed.

BobbiesCritters, several people have been "forgetting" to notify me that they have received their item, and send credits. I do not like waiting 20 days for my credits because someone will not respond or confirm that they have received my item. I just don't want to have to go through that again. I am also very low on credits.
The highest bidder must agree to confirm and send credits by Monday afternoon. That makes it fair for everyone :)
