No, Smashbox has not been used. Sorry, I am new to this and don't know how all of it really works.

It looks as if one of the smashbox lip gloss was used on the very right their is a dent in the makeup

As I said before, it has never been used. It has been in a drawer of makeup that has been through 3 moves.

To get verified you need to go to the actual website www.listia.com
You can't do it from the app- if that's what your using.

Go to the web browser on your laptop phone tablet- what ever u are using. Sign in. On the top right you will see your name and profile photo. Click that- and a scroll down menu appears. Click the option "my listia" ((I believe it's the first option))

This will take you to your home page. Where you can see all your messages, auctions you are watching or won. Etc.

On the left of this page you will see a column with many options to choose such as
Messages
My auctions
Won
Fans
Comments

And
So on. Scroll down a bit until you see it will say VERIFY MY ACCOUNT VERIFY ADDRESS SAVED SHIPPING ADDRESS. And things like that.
Click on them and verify your account and address.

There are plenty of ways to verify your account. You can verify through Facebook or twitter. You can verify by phone-they send you a code via text n you confirm code. You
Can verify through a bank or credit card. Etx
