I make them by hand. I design label and print it out...cut them to size, affix them onto bottle with some Mod Podge, and then apply a finishing coat on top! :)

Too funny! Sometimes I use voice-to-text, and it comes up with craziest things, lol. X-rated, too! Go for it..you'll have fun making them. I made some for my daughter's birthday party favors last year, and the girls just loved them...they wore them all to school the following Monday, and Bella came home with list crumpled up in her pocket of special orders for the girls that didn't come to her party, lol..they wanted them so bad. :)
