I hope you give Listia more of a trial than one auction. We are by far and large a great group of people who stick together. I too am new to Listia, but have found it to be mostly a favorable experience. People can ask some of the wiedest questions on here. You just gotta laugh them off and keep going. By the WAY GREAT AUCTION will continue to watch for other auctions by you. Please fan me so I can fan you back. am currently at my fan limit.

I know USPS now has flat rate shipping and its pretty cheap. Under $10 for a box the watch will fit in. However I noticed my listing said it was free it isnt. And I noticed the shipping said winner pays shipping. Thats not correct either. I will pay shipping. Sorry im new on Listia

My wife bought it for me but I can easily see a girl wearing it. It has a 2 in wide black leather band. The face switches from black to red. Does need a battery

First, Welcome to Listia! Is this BNWT (brand new with tags)? or is that a stock photo? If that is a stock photo, could you please add photos of your actual watch? Also, could you please verify your account? It helps us bidders to trust your auctions & account and in turn you get more bidders and higher bids. Just go to your home page (My Listia) and scroll down the left hand side until you see "Verify your account" and verify your phone #. Thanks so much and good luck with this and future auctions! Have a wonderful weekend! :-) F&W (fanned & Watching)

Um. To AnitaMB, I have 8 watches of which 6 my wife bought me. I get rid of items I no longer use so others can appreciate them. I dont believe in waste. I would hate for this watch to not be used by someone. I dont think this site is for me. I am a part of ebay Craigslist nomorerack. I sell and trade hundreds of items each month and have really never seen these types of interactions with people. Cant say I would like to pursue this site. I will be ending my account and auction. Thank you for showing new users what Listia is all about. Also to 1 fitcaligirl: yes it is a stock photo, I am on business and am not able to snap a pic. I can assure you 100% my item is identical with no flaws at all.

Also during the tutorial I didnt see anywhere that it said to verify my account, I wasn't aware this was needed. Thank you Caligirl for the information.

You are very welcome and I am sorry to see you go so soon without giving Listia a chance. These types of interactions are mostly friendly, helpful and inquisitive ones. Most people interact with each other so that we may learn more about what we are about to bid on or ask questions about what we may not understand. It is very much encouraged on here as there are no returns or getting your credits back once your bid has been placed. If this is not how you are comfortable doing business, then maybe Listia isn't for you. :-)

If I can help clarify any shipping confusion for you. "Free shipping" on here means it is free to the bidders and you will pay for it. "Winner pays exact shipping" means just that. and "Flat rate shipping" means you put in a set $ amount of what you will charge for shipping. Sometimes people just do not read the shipping information that's right there in front of them and will ask you. You just have to try to be patient. :-) I hope this helps you further. Have a great day :-)

If you ever need help or have any questions about how things work on here, feel free to message me. Just go to my profile by clicking on my name and on the left hand side in very small letters you will see "contact this person/user". I am happy to help. :-) Oh, and as far as the verification goes... it is not required, that is why you did not see it in the video, however, it is recommended. Like I said, bidders will trust your auctions and account more and bid more. Once you verify your phone number, (very easy to do), Listia will verify your account. You will get 2 badges up at the top of your auction by your picture, where you FB badge is, letting people know they can trust your account (you are not a scam account) and your auctions. Just thought I'd clear that up for you even though I know you are probably not staying with us, but just in case you decide to stick around and give Listia a chance, this is something you should do. I hope you will stay. Listia is a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. :-)
