yes, it is stretchy and easily goes over my hand and wrist with lots of room to spare (I have 7 " wrist). You can adjust the size, too, by adding or removing links so it will fit anyone.

both are nice. It's harder to see the charm on the Italian charm bracelet to me, but both are nice. I sold these in my boutique I used to have and had all kinds of charms and people loved them. Pandora style is the newer, but I like both.
