It can be grown as a potted plant anytime of the year, the fruit is juicy and has very good sweet/tart tomato flavours.
It is perfect for wherever garden space is limited and outstanding for growing in containers: 30cm (12in) wide works well. It can be grown in rockeries, pots, and looks beautiful in hanging baskets or window boxes.
Tiny Tim will also grow with less sunlight than other tomato varieties. It tolerates cool spring weather well, and will mature quickly at 25 to 45cm (10 to 18in) tall. A heavy yielder with clusters of fine flavoured, sweet red salad tomatoes that are 2cm (¾in) in diameter, each weighing 12 to 14 grams.
