No need to worry about them using all the data and blocking them with parental apps that may or may not work. Includes battery and charger just need new SIM card can call net10 and they will send you one at no charge. Is small little over 4 inches and fits in front pockets nicely. No need to put in back pockets and risk sitting on it yet this phone could survive that it's a survivor. All works perfectly just added line on AT&T account and ported number to an AT&T smart phone got on ebay.
