Near mint. With COA. Signed by Writer/Creator Brian Pulido and Illustrator Steven Hughes (of Lady Death fame). Those names are on the certificate but I also got it signed by artist Mark Morales! Numbered 685 of only 2500 produced. You may come across one of the other 2499 issues but you won't find one signed by Morales too! At least I hope not. lol
