yes it will come with a key as well. the key works on both cuffs. also both are double locking cuffs. hope this helps.

DO the Smith & Wesson model 100 chained come with the Peerless model 801 hindged handcuffs

Yes the hindged ones are peerless these are both name brand cuffs not cheapies. If bought new would be 60 for the hindged and 35ish for the chained ones.. hope this helps

Both are police issue however not used for that they have been in my collection for some time.. i collect restraints and unique items.. figured i would share part of the collection here on listia :)).. i have a really cool set of heavy antique prison chain restraints i might be listing soon too

some clarification from a comment I had recently...

these are the SAME handcuffs that the police departments use..

HOWEVER these are not issued by them these were purchased from police supply store which anyone can purchase from in fact if you want extra keys they are .25-.50 cent each from these stores depending on which one you goto. :)

also note ("aceshigh67") impersonating a police officer as you state you are. is a Penal Code Section 538d violation. and secondly there is orange county police department lol..
