I am sorry for this policy but there have been to many instances where people claimed they did not receive items.

You do realize as a listian you are responsible too make sure the item you list is recieved by the winning bidder if you don't want too be responsible you should charge for shipping not offer free shipping I ship all item I sell on here free with tracking because if the person doesn't recieve there item you are responsible too refund there credits or replace the card..and you adding that info about paying for shipping doesn't matter the winning bidder will recieve there credits back I know from personal experience so I would recommend the next time you list something if you don't want too take this risk charge a flat shipping..

Like I said on another of my auctions, if they don't like the terms then don't bid. Things on here are supposed to be free including the shipping. If you want to pay $ 2.00+ for shipping in a padded envelope might as well buy the card on ebay. Thanks for the suggestion.
