Did you get this from putting in codes in the loreal rewards program? If so how long after requesting coupon did u get it? I never got mine :(

Yes that's how I got the coupon. I can't remember exactly I think about 2-3 weeks after I entered the 5th code. I would contact them and let them know, I haven't had that happen so I am not sure what they will do, but hopefully they can either track it or send you another one. Sorry to hear.

I did contact them about a month after it was supposed to arrive and they said they would send another but that was last month so i guess ill just keep waiting
