These were bought brand new and have been stored since purchase in a plastic storage bin in my smoke-free home.

Though my home is 100% smoke-free, I *do* have pets (dogs). I store my yarn in sealed plastic bins in a room where the pets aren't permitted, but I cannot guarantee that these haven't been exposed to pet dander.

This is my favorite yarn! I'm knitting a blanket with it in country blue right now lol... It's really nice to work with... Gets a little " hairy" after it's been knitted but I'm thinking that might be ok after it's been washed. Never seen this color though. Might need it :)

Not in the Caron Simply Soft. I do have another active listing up with solid tan and solid black together (I think it's 4 skeins of tan and 2 skeins of black if I remember correctly), but I'll have to check my stash (I have *so* much more yarn to list) to see if any more solid black is there. I'll look and get back to you. :)
