Had to take it to a Jeweler and confirmed that it is Gold plated; Has one main Gemstone Pink Sapphire, about 31/2ct. and has 5-smaller White Topaz Baguettes on each side(check out the pic's)and the pink is much stronger then You can tell from the pictures, fit's very comfortable and looks great!
