Just a little fyi, If you send this out in a bubble envelope as a first class parcel the Post Office these days are putting a tracking number on it for their own use, but it also comes on your receipt along with the expected delivery date at no charge to you. But if you just send it in a regular or white business envelope the post office WILLL NOT ALLOW YOU TO tracking on a regular size envelope. It would have to go as a first class parcel to do that. So if it's free shipping there would be no reason that your bidder would need to pay for tracking, for the resons I just gave you.
