It's rare to find 12 inch long embossing folders, but this is one of them. It is a set of gorgeous flourishes! It's 12 inches by 2 1/2 inches wide. It's great for the 12 inch long paper that we have! This is only the second 12 inch long embossing folder that I've ever seen or offered. This folder is by Darice. It's perfect for scrapbooking, cardmaking, or crafts! It fits in most embossing machines, but you probably have to sandwich it in between plates like you would any embossing folder. If you don't have an embossing machine, you can use a colored pencil and use this as a rubbing. I like to finish my embossing folders using my light sander from Tim Holtz. It makes the embossing "pop!" In fact, Tim Holtz has some great embossing techniques and Youtube has great "how to" videos. You can access some of these techniques by checking out timholtz.com
