Hopefully there will never be a zombie apocalypse, but would you know what to do if there was? Could you grow your own food and save seed for future crops? Well, the time to practice is NOW. All of these seeds are perfect for the beginner to grow out, harvest, and learn to practice saving seeds just in case there is ever a need. This is a tiered auction and will include the following:

499+ cherry tomato, leaf lettuce
999+ dill, paste tomato
1499+ hot pepper, flax
1999+ slicing tomato, cucumber
2499+ basil, okra
2999+ sweet pepper, chives
3499+ radish, zucchini
3999+ melon, beans
4499+ squash, corn
4999+ bonus seeds for every 500 points

I have been asked numerous times to put a seed package together. Well, I finally did it. These have been grown in my Midwest climate, but should be fine for any garden zones 4- 9. All heirlooms will be my choice, but will be marked. Pictures show some of the variety that will be included.
The very 1st winner of this auction received the 34 packets of seeds shown in the very last picture.

Season: Early to Late-Season
Type: Open-Pollinated Heirloom

This Auction: You will be receiving packets of seeds from my garden. Each will range from around 10 to 20 seeds. They will be sent First Class mail for FREE in the United States. I am happy to say that my seeds tested 99-100% germination within 2 weeks at a temp of 65°F in the spring. Excellent for beginners!

I would love sweet potatoes too. Those are my favorite. I have twin nephews who turn 2 today and they live fruit. Would love to grow them some melon and berries.

Both sweet & standard potatoes are grown primarily from eyes or slips, not seeds. Now I do have melons and berries available in seeds. :)

I took a picture from the first winner of the auction if you scroll past some of the pictures. I've had so many now. It has been different each time. I have added Wonder Berry, onions, beets, more tomatoes, snow peas, more beans...One bidder got a huge amount for bidding 20,000 credits. She was extremely happy. :) Thanks for following me on Facebook, btw.

Well, my flowers have not looked very good at home because we have 3 dogs & 7 free-range chickens here. The plants at the farm do much better. No chickens, dogs, or fire there.

I so wish I could win this. Throw me in some potatoes and we'd have the happiest garden alive. There's so many people at my house, we have no choice but to grow a garden. Last year though...the deer got us :(

I would like to grow potatoes too. I've only grown sweet potatoes. Sorry to hear about the deer. We had them walk through the farm in spring. I saw the tracks, but they never came back to destroy anything. Guess we were lucky!
